Board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine. Faculty in cellular medicine under Dr. William Seeds. Partner systems on site: BTL Aesthetics (Emsculpt NEO, Exomind) and InBody clinical composition analysis. A cash-pay concierge practice operating from a private estate in Chatsworth, California, intentionally non-clinical.
The $99 assessment exists so Dr. Newman can see your case in full before recommending anything. It is the front door to the Joint & Back Pain Regenerative Protocol, the same clinical program her active patients are inside of. We discount the first step so the entry isn't a financial barrier. The protocol itself stands on its own.
What that means on the day of your visit: you'll spend 45 uninterrupted minutes with Dr. Newman, you'll be examined and scanned by the same equipment used in the full protocol, and you'll leave knowing exactly which clinical pathway your case maps to. If the protocol isn't right for you, she'll tell you. If a different next step is the honest answer, she'll tell you that too.
You're not signing up for a sales pitch. You're sitting with a physician for the kind of visit most people don't get from their orthopedist. You're welcome to bring one person with you if it helps to have someone in the room while you process what you hear.
Most clinics list a credentials block. Here is the part that matters for the visit you're about to book.
Immediately after payment, you'll book a 15-minute onboarding call with Elijah. He confirms your spot, gets you into our system, and helps you book your assessment with Dr. Newman. This call is how we make sure your assessment day runs smoothly.
After your onboarding call, you'll log into our patient portal and complete your health questionnaires. Dr. Newman reads every answer before you arrive, which is why the protocol feels personalized from minute one.
45 uninterrupted minutes at our Chatsworth estate. She opens with one question, "tell me your story." Then she examines, scans, tests, and builds your personalized plan in the room with you.
You leave with your clinical pathway, your scan data, and a clear answer. If the protocol is the right next step, Dr. Newman will tell you what tier fits your case. If it isn't, she'll be honest about that and point you toward what might be.
If you and Dr. Newman agree the protocol is the right next step, the 90-day program begins. The pricing and what's included are laid out below.
No obligations. Cancel anytime before your visit.
Four phases, sequenced. Every phase does clinical work and produces something you notice on your end. The protocol builds on itself as it progresses.
Your $99 visit with Dr. Newman. Functional evaluation, InBody composition, imaging review, and the interview. A personalized protocol is designed at the end of this visit.
"I wish I started sooner." Most patients say it. The improvements continue for months after treatment ends because we change the physiology, not the symptom.
The pricing below is the full price of the 90-day Joint & Back Pain Regenerative Protocol, presented only after Dr. Newman's $99 assessment confirms you're a candidate. All three tiers are full clinical programs, physician-led from first visit to final adjustment. If the protocol isn't the right fit, the $99 still earns you a full clinical look at your pain, and Dr. Newman may refer you to other treatments she trusts or another specialist she'd send a family member to.
Hormone optimization, GLP-1 therapy, or advanced metabolic panel additions may be recommended after your bloodwork, adding roughly $1,000 to $2,000 each based on what your case calls for. Dr. Newman walks you through any add-on before it's prescribed, and nothing is added without your sign-off.
For readers who've already decided. 45 minutes with Dr. Newman.
Pricing is finalized after Dr. Newman reviews your case in the assessment. We don't generic-quote, and the protocol is tailored to your imaging, your history, and your case complexity. Payment plans are available, including HSA and FSA, see How Payment Works for the breakdown.
In-person assessments at the Chatsworth estate.
The honest answer is that the first few weeks are foundation work, settling supplementation, calming inflammation, beginning the peptide and HIFEM sequence. Patients often notice small changes early, like less morning stiffness or better sleep, but the meaningful inflection point in pain and function tends to land around week 10. The protocol works upstream of the symptom, which takes longer than masking it, and that's the trade for changes that hold after treatment ends. Results vary by case, baseline tissue health, and adherence to the supporting lifestyle work.
The program is structured in three tiers based on the complexity of your case and the number of joints we're addressing. Most patients land between $14,000 and $25,000 for the full 90-day program. You'll get an exact number after your assessment once Dr. Newman reviews your imaging and history. Pricing isn't generic because the protocol isn't generic.
Yes. We offer in-house payment plans for the protocol as well as financing options through WellFit Pay. We'll walk you through the options after your assessment, once you know which tier fits your case. HSA and FSA funds typically apply, and many patients submit superbills to their PPO for partial reimbursement.
Yes. You're welcome to bring one person with you, a partner, an adult child, a close friend, whoever helps you think clearly. Some patients prefer to come alone for the first visit. Either is fine. There's nothing about the assessment that requires privacy you'd want to protect from someone you trust.
No. The assessment is its own complete visit. You leave with your full clinical picture, your InBody data, and a personalized plan in writing. If you want to take that and think about it, take it. If the protocol is the right next step for you, Dr. Newman will tell you. If it isn't, she'll tell you that too.
Yes. Cancel or reschedule any time before your visit and receive a full refund. We just ask for 24 hours' notice when possible.
Our office is in Chatsworth, California, a private estate in the northwest San Fernando Valley, intentionally non-clinical. Patients come from across LA, Ventura County, and the surrounding region. We're a single location with no satellite offices.
We're a cash-pay concierge practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. That said, many patients submit superbills to their PPO for partial reimbursement, and HSA or FSA funds can typically be applied to the protocol. We'll walk you through it on your visit.
It depends on the case. For some patients the protocol can change the math on whether surgery is the right next step. For others, surgery is genuinely indicated, and the protocol becomes a complement, conditioning the tissue beforehand and supporting recovery after. The point of the assessment is to give you a clear read on which path your case actually calls for. Dr. Newman will be honest if surgery is the better answer, and she'll help you think through the decision either way.
That's the situation most of our patients are in by the time they find us. The protocol is built specifically for people who've exhausted the standard escalation ladder and are looking for something upstream of it.
Yes. Siobhan Newman, MD, is the physician for every assessment and every protocol case. You're not handed off to a tech or a PA for the clinical decisions. She's the one reviewing your imaging, building your plan, and adjusting it as you go.
Yes, and we encourage it. If you have recent MRI, X-ray, or other imaging, bring it. If you don't, we can coordinate the imaging you need before or during the protocol.
Recent labs are useful but not required for the assessment. If you have a recent panel, bring it. If the protocol is the right next step, Dr. Newman will order targeted labs as part of building your plan.
Immediately after your $99 payment goes through, you'll book a required 15-minute onboarding call with Elijah, our Client Care Coordinator. On that call he enters you into Cerbo, our patient system, schedules your assessment day with Dr. Newman, walks you through the patient portal so you can complete your health questionnaires, and accepts any prior imaging or labs you'd like uploaded ahead of your visit. This step is how we make sure Dr. Newman has the full picture before you walk in the door.
If you'd rather talk to a human before paying for the assessment, Elijah handles new patient calls. His job is to hear your story, your history, and what you're trying to figure out. If the assessment is the right next step, he'll help you schedule. If it isn't, he'll tell you. The call is free, fifteen minutes, no pressure.
Because we trust the protocol. The assessment is where Dr. Newman shows you what's actually driving your pain at the cellular level, and when patients see the full clinical picture, most of them choose to continue. We don't need to charge $600 for a visit that's already an honest demonstration of how we work.
We also believe the first step into real care shouldn't be a financial barrier. People who find us have usually already paid for PT that didn't hold, cortisone that wore off, and supplements that promised too much. Charging $600 to find out whether we can help would be one more tax on a tab that's already too long.
And if the protocol isn't the right next step for you, you still leave with a full clinical assessment, imaging-grade body composition data, a personalized plan in writing, and a printed protocol guide. The visit holds its own value, with or without what comes next.
Either path leads to Dr. Newman. The call is the friendlier one. The direct lane is for people who've done their reading already.
15 minutes. Free. No pressure to book anything after.
